Indiana Monday reported 555 new COVID-19 cases and an additional 20 deaths.
The state added fewer cases to its count Monday than it has on any other day since early September. The seven-day moving average for cases is now under 900, lower than it has been since late September.
At under 4%, the state’s positivity rate is now lower than it has been at any other point in the pandemic since testing became widely available.
The state Monday passed the million mark when it comes to doling out first doses of vaccine. Meanwhile, more than half a million people have received both doses of vaccine.
