PHILADELPHIA — An early lead paved the way for a badly needed victory for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday against the visiting Chicago Bears.

A 12-0 halftime lead increased to a 19-0 third-quarter advantage, and the Eagles survived a late push from the Bears before clinching the 22-14 win.
